4pm – 8pm Check in, alpacas in stalls for Seminar attendees 
Microchip and compliance check on Friday

Friday, November 17th  – Compliance Seminar & Check In
10:00 am Compliance Seminar with Kathy Klay
Noon Vendor Check-In Begins
Exhibitor Check-In Begins
Stop 1: Microchip & CVI check in your trailer
Stop 2: Drop Off Alpacas in stalls
Stop 3: Park your Trailer in designated parking
2:00 pm Stop 4: Compliance Color Checks
Sponsors checked in their stalls
Stop 5: Class Changes
Fiber for Fleece Sale Check-in
5:00 pm Wine & Cheese Event
6:30 pm Seminar: Breathing and other necessary things you need to do in the show ring
7:00 pm Compliance Check-In ends
