December 1, 2018  Photo Contest mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than Dec 1.

November 17, 2018  REGISTRATION CLOSES for all events

Noon Vendor Check-In Begins
Exhibitor Check-In Begins
Stop 1: Microchip & CVI check in your trailer
Stop 2: Drop Off Alpacas in stalls
Stop 3: Park your Trailer in designated parking
2:00 pm Stop 4: Compliance Color Checks
Sponsors checked in their stalls
Stop 5: Class Changes
5:00 pm Meet and Greet - Food and Beverages available
6:30 pm Seminar: Breathing and other necessary things you need to do in the show ring
7:00 pm Compliance Check-In ends
Judges Fleece Color Dispute check begins

Saturday, December 8th       Let the show begin….
8:30 am Mandatory Exhibitors Meeting
9:00 am Vendors Open for Business
Seminars Begin
Silent Auction Opens
Walking Fleece Judging Begins
Halter Judging Begins
Lunch Break Lunch provided, and Herdsire Auction  show resumes following auction
5:00 pm Judging concludes, On your own for dinner!

9:00 am Halter classes resume
Walking Fleece judging resumes
Vendors open for business
11:30 am Silent Auction Ends and High Bidders Announced
Lunch Break Youth Program – Costume class

Judging continues till classes are finished

Pick up Fleeces, fleece awards and Spin off awards
End of Classes Awarding of the Judges Choice if minimum met
