Stop 2: Drop Off Alpacas in stalls Move alpacas to assigned stalls
Stop 3: Park your Trailer Designated trailer parking
Stop 4: Compliance Color Check Exhibition Hall - In ring
Stop 5: Class Changes Superintendent desk between rings
Fleece, Fiber Arts Check-In begins Exhibition Hall
6:30 pm Seminar: Breathing and other necessary things you need to do in the show ring - IN RING
7:00 pm Compliance and Fleece Check-In ends
Judges Fleece Color Dispute check begins

Fleece Judging Begins Fleece show area near East Lobby 
Halter Judging Begins Rings
Mid Day Youth Program - Costume Rings
4:00 pm Judging concludes, cash bar and appetizers open
4:30 pm MEET AND GREET & Herdsire Auction In the Rings

9:00 am Halter and Performance classes resume All rings
Fleece judging resumes Fleece show area near East Lobby
TBA When Fleece judging is concluded, the fleece show area will be open for viewing
Vendors open for business Exhibition Hall
11:30 am Silent Auction Ends and High Bidders Announced
Lunch Break Announcement of Fleece Champions Exhibition Hall
Youth Program – obstacle fun event
End of Classes Awarding of the Judges Choice if minimum met
TBA Fleeces available for pickup when announced
